The app don't even allow us reset the password. Why do not single sign-on? Maybe you should remove the sign-in feature. Why request a so strong password for so simple application? The error message is always "error creating password. Please try again". Don't work. 2022 still not working. 0 stars dor this app.
Headache to log in, constantly fails and some exercises that I bought doesn't work.
It is not updated at all.
The book is good but the issues to register the account are taking so long to be solved. It's a shame. I hope it gets fixed soon. I'm looking forward to having access again. Thanks!
I cannot open any audio for the books besides the course book for the biginner book.
The app and website are not working. So bad experience
I am an ESOL speaking and listening teacher and so if I select a text to use with my class, I expect the audio to work. It has worked several times in the past but all of this week I cannot seem to sign in and/or register. Have spent hours trying and retrying. It really isn't good enough! Is there not another portal or platform that you could upload the audio files to, so that we can use them?!
The book is a very good but app so bad کتاب بہت اچھی ہے لیکن ایپ بری ہے۔
Very useful app
The book is good but the "free audio" is terrible to be accessed. No matter how strong the password is, we still can't access the app. I regret buying the book. Horrible!
